Wed, April 12, 2006 - 9:18 AMI find his argument specious. Either the rules are the rules and they are adhered to, or they are open to interpretation. How did they know a second train was not coming?
I say DQ them all, or none.
As an aside, having a potential hold up like that near the end was brain dead. I know we've seen horses and cows on the course before, but a knowable obstacle when the race could still be in question seems wrong.
